At TimeOut Sports, Fitness & Analytics (“TimeOut”), we are committed to delivering high-performance tools to help you train smarter, recover faster, and stay connected. We also understand that circumstances change, and we’ve created this policy to clarify how refunds and cancellations are handled.

General Policy

All purchases made through TimeOut—whether via our website, mobile apps, or partner platforms—are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where explicitly stated below. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, early cancellation, or accidental purchases. However, certain exceptions may apply based on how and where the purchase was made.

Trial
Free Trial and Subscription Auto-Renewal

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the end of the trial period. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. If not canceled, your plan will auto-renew at the selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). Cancellation stops future billing but does not initiate a refund.

Purchases Through Third Parties
  1. A. Apple App Store (iOS)

    If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, all billing and refunds are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit: reportaproblem.apple.com We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases.

  2. B. Google Play Store (Android)

    Google may allow refunds if requested within 48 hours of purchase. Visit: Google Play → Order History → Report a Problem Beyond 48 hours, contact TimeOut Support to review your case.

  3. C. Counsel Anytime or Partner Platforms

    If your subscription was bundled via a wellness partner, employer, or platform like Counsel Anytime, please contact them directly regarding their refund process. We do not process third-party billing refunds.

If you subscribed on www.timeoutsfa.com, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed premium features (e.g. workout analysis, AI reports, or injury recovery modules).

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
